·   Lead resource in the implementation of Customer data process on the existing SAP MDM, SAP Enterprise portal, SAP ECC and SAP Netweaver PI platform of a global client. We implemented a central hub for the maintenance of the existing customer master data and provide synchronization to SAP ECC.

·   Creation of workflow for user tasks, validation and approval rules in SAP MDM as per client’s current business process

·   Implementation of SAP Enterprise Portal as browser based front end for display, create and change of Customer master data within the MDM repository

·   Implementation of SAP Syndication server and SAP Netweaver PI for the syndication of customer master from SAP MDM to various remote systems and SAP ECC

·   Leverage of SAP MDM Enterprise Portal iView content to create views for the various groups for the display, create and modification of customer master data and non-ECC field updates

•             Responsible in documentation of project proposals
•             Utilized SAP MDM Import Manager for mass loading and to structure, cleanse and normalize data
•             Utilized SAP MDM Data manager for Mass changes, data approvals, import/export and match and merge
•             Creation of existing ECC fields in SAP MDM plus creation of custom fields to meet portal screens, marketing and client’s customer master data requirements.
